Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, excluding Japan.

All works are shipped via Japan Post with full insurance coverage. Shipping is free of charge — all customs duties and import taxes are covered by us (DDP: Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Each work is carefully packed to ensure safe transit. Due to the size and fragility of framed works, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
